ACCOUNT Manager – Remote

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our client services efforts, focusing on nurturing and enhancing relationships with our valued clients. Your role will involve understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with us. 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain day-to-day relationships with agency clients, brands and vendors.

  • Data distribution (programmatic and social) using various platforms (Semasio, Lotame, LiveRamp, TransUnion, Adsquare, Pushspring, etc).

  • Deal ID (Private Marketplace) curation, subsequent troubleshooting and optimization.

  • Report generation and analysis.

  • Platform maintenance (taxonomy is refreshed, naming convention is correct, data is priced correctly and available through the marketplace).

  • Communicate with the sales and data teams and clients to ensure that campaign goals are understood.

  • Think strategically and explore the business needs of clients to provide options and customized solutions. 

  • Introduce new ideas and process improvements to our internal teams based on client feedback.

  • Identify opportunities and deliver strategic recommendations to ensure continued campaign growth and relationship development in order to drive client retention and revenue. 

  • Be knowledgeable about Reklaim’s product offerings and able to demonstrate and speak to its benefits with clients and emphasize client value.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or related field.

  • Experience working at an SSP or DSP is a must.

  • Experience in digital advertising and the marketing industry.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 

  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) and DMP partners (LiveRamp etc.) is a plus.

  • Must be self motivated and results-driven.

  • Must be able to work independently.
