1. Reklaim Goes Passwordless 🔑
Say goodbye to passwords! We understand the hassle of remembering multiple passwords, so we've made Reklaim passwordless. Logging in is now easier and faster than ever. Here's how it works:
Email Login: Enter your email address, click the link sent to your email, and your login completes. 📧
Phone Login: Enter your phone number, click the link sent via text, and your login completes. 📱
It’s that easy! Please note that for security purposes, the login link expires after 60 minutes. This new method ensures that only you have access to your account, without the need for a password.
2. Changes to Account Verification 🔍
We've restructured our account verification names to better reflect your status within the Reklaim community and remove any confusion between email and account verification:
Unverified Account is now called the Reklaim Basic Account.
Verified Account is now called the Reklaim Trusted Account.
VIP Account remains unchanged. 🏆
These changes help us provide you with a more tailored experience based on your account status.
3. Redeem to Custom Email Address/Phone Number 💸
We are excited to introduce more flexibility in how you redeem your rewards. You can now redeem your points to a custom email address or phone number for PayPal and Venmo. This feature gives you greater control over how you use your earnings.
4. Claim via SMS 📲
In our effort to make your Reklaim experience as convenient as possible, you can now claim your rewards via SMS. This quick and easy method ensures you can access your rewards anytime, anywhere.
