Introducing Verified Accounts for Quicker Rewards!
We are excited to announce our latest update, which makes redeeming your rewards even better! With our new "Verified" status feature, you can now experience instant or much shorter wait times to receive your redemptions. The changes only apply to gift cards and charity donations, not crypto redemptions. However, similar changes can be expected for crypto redemptions in the future.
We are actively working to verify all accounts in the coming weeks. If your account still needs to be Verified, you can still redeem rewards, but please note that the previous wait time of 3-5 business days will apply.
What does it mean to have a Verified account?
To have a Verified account, your account must meet certain qualifications, including but not limited to:
Your account must be at least 30 days old.
You must have a verified email address associated with your account.
There is only one account on your device.
All referrals associated with your account must be in good standing
No obvious variation of emails is allowed, such as JaneDoe001@gmail.com, JaneDoe002@gmail.com.
No shared devices or phone farms
Referral accounts must be active after the initial creation
