Product Update: Redemption has moved to the web!

An important update has been made to your Reklaim experience- the redemption process has officially moved out of the app and onto the web 💻! Like Spotify and Netflix, moving to the web will give us better control over the redemption process. This will allow us to optimize and monitor the process more efficiently,

👉 Now, to our long terms users, before you get too excited and start wondering if Reklaim Web is back, let us clarify - it's not. But we never say never, so who knows what the future holds? 

🔒 Please note: The usual redemption steps have note changed. When you go to the wallet tab and click on redeem you will be taken to the web. You must log in to the web to request your redemption. But don't worry; it's just to ensure your account's security. If you have trouble remembering your login credentials, click the "reset" link on the login page to reset your password. And if you have any difficulties accessing your account, our team is just a click away.

👨‍💼 Finally, we're happy to assure you that there will be no changes to the approval process, the requirements for redeeming your points or redemption options for Cryptocurrency, gift cards, and charity donations. Rest assured, the choice is still yours. 🙏
